FAQ - Delivery- & purchase conditions


Are You Sweden AB, org., is responsible for purchases made on this website. No. 559266-0269, Kustroddarevägen 17A, 26655 Ängelholm. 

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include value added tax and other charges. The total cost of the purchase will appear clearly before the final order and will include all costs associated with the purchase, including any postage and shipping costs. We send your item with Early Bird or Schenker depending on where you live. Costs associated with shipping are stated in connection with the purchase. If you wish to cancel an item, contact hello@pracstore.com as soon as possible. 

How do I track my order? 

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking link. Double check your spam, sometimes the email ends up there. Haven't you received an email? Contact our support team, hello@pracstore.com 

I have not received an order confirmation 

If you have made a purchase and still have not received an order confirmation, we suggest you check your spam folder, sometimes the email ends up there. If you still miss an order confirmation, please contact our hello@pracstore.com with the following information: 

  • E-mail adress
  • Buyer's name 
  • Information that you have not received an order confirmation

Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible. 

If I regret my purchase? 

The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from when you as the buyer have received the goods, according to the Act on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises (SFS 2005:59). If you want to cancel the purchase and return the product in substantially unchanged condition, you will receive the purchase price for the product back. PRAC reserves the right to reject any returned goods that do not meet the requirement of substantially unchanged condition. Please use any delivery service and include your printed order confirmation to ensure prompt processing. Contact us at hello@pracstore.com before. 

If I regret my purchase?   

If there is an error with the item, you should notify us within a reasonable time after you discover it by sending an email to hello@pracstore.com and explaining the error. We will then inform you about how to proceed (the rules regarding complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act). 

What is the delivery time and cost? 

Our ambition is to send your order as soon as possible. Usually the item will be sent from us no later than 1-2 working days after the order is received. Please note that delivery may take longer during periods of high sales and holidays. In the checkout, you will see exactly which prices and delivery methods apply to your order. 

Which countries does PRAC ship to? 

We deliver to all countries within the EU and your package is packed and sent within 24 hours. Normal delivery time is about 1-3 days. Unfortunately, we cannot control how an item is delivered, ie. to your mailbox or delivery point, it is a judgment made by the carrier. We take no financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company. 

My discount code is not working?   

If a discount code does not work, it can be due to the following reasons: 

  • Discount codes cannot be combined and you can therefore only use one discount code at a time
  • You cannot use a discount code on sale products

  • If an old discount code is still active and you want to change, you must clear cookies/history and reload the page

  • Don't forget to press "OK" to activate the code
